If you put two pieces of tape down on top of each other and then remove them one by one, why do these pieces of tape attract and repel each other? 

Fold the end of a piece of tape back on itself so that it doesn’t stick and then stick the tap to a table (we will call this the bottom tape). Add another piece of tape on top (this will be the top tape). Make another set of bottom and top tape. Now peel them off and test how they interact with each other.
